kz66 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "kz66") is an online betting and casino service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all matters applicable between you and kz66.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

kz66 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document to verify a user's identity. Identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal is processed. If a user does not cooperate with the verification process, kz66 may temporarily suspend the account.

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

3.1 Password & Login Security

You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If your password is lost or you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (such as phone number or email), please update them on the platform immediately. kz66 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into kz66: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Deposit processing is usually instant. However, a slight delay may occasionally occur due to system delays at the bank or mobile financial service. In that case, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.

• The withdrawal amount must remain within your deposited funds (until bonus wagering requirements are met).
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• Withdrawals are generally made through the same method used for the deposit.
• kz66 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kz66 offers new members a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 in bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, applicable on the bonus funds only (not on the deposit amount plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• The minimum deposit amount to receive a bonus is ৳100.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, kz66 reserves the right to suspend the account.
• kz66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

Regular players receive weekly cashback benefits under our VIP program. The tiers are: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.7%; Platinum — up to 1.0%; Diamond — up to 1.2%. Players must remain regularly active to move up to each tier.

All bets and games on kz66 are conducted under fair and transparent rules. Users must ensure they understand the rules of each game or market and are participating with full knowledge.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. kz66 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

6.2 System Errors

If inconsistent results are displayed due to a fault in the software, network, or provider, kz66 reserves the right to void that transaction and refund the relevant amount.

6.3 Responsible Gaming

The following activities are completely prohibited on kz66:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Strategic betting with the intention of abusing bonus or promotion terms (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to cheat the system using software, bots, automation tools, or any other technology.
• Attempting to control game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Exploiting a technical error in any game or betting market.
• Creating an account under a false identity.

If any of the above violations are proven, the associated account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

8.1 kz66's Rights

kz66 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In case of a violation of any clause of these Terms.
• In case of failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• In case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• On the instruction of a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 User Rights

You may at any time voluntarily request to close your kz66 account. All pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed, however bonuses for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.
